TEC helps in the branch of the engineering and management, namely the conception, planning and project of all the types of public or particular works, infrastructures, buildings and urbane equipments, technical and financial planning, as well as the total or partial realization of these undertakings.

The activity of TEC intends to promote also the introduction of new technologies and new materials at national level, aiming at a bigger rationalization and better use of available resources.
